Donna Ingemanson is an artist/illustrator whose work is rich with colors, textures, creativity and a quirky point of view. Her work has been acclaimed and published by numerous corporations, publications and organizations. Donna’s artwork has been licensed to adorn a multitude of products and she has been commissioned to create pieces for several projects from editorials, posters, book covers to just about anything you can think of. Her illustrations have been recognized by American Illustration, The Society of Publication Designers, Print’s Regional Design Annual, 3×3 Magazine and How Magazine.
Currently she has been working on a series of monotypes and personal pieces that are inspired by color, texture, design and nature . One of her recent prints, Botanica, was included in the New Prints 2012/Summer-Selected by Shahzia Sikander at the International Print Center New York. Botanica also received the 2013 Ros Farbush Color Prize from the South Shore Art Center in Cohasset, MA. She has been instrumental in organizing a nonprofit farmers’ market featuring local farms and foods in Braintree, MA that operates from mid June thru October.
